Hello, if you are interested in using a Slovak criminal record extract abroad, an apostille or superlegalization is necessary. An apostille is sufficient for most countries. Procedure:

You request the criminal record extract at any post office branch or at the prosecutor’s office.

Deliver the original to the address: Legalizačné centrum, Pluhová 17, 831 03 Bratislava. You can also contact the legalization center in Bratislava at 0907 999 909 or office@legalizacnecentrum.sk.

The Legalization Center arranges the apostille in Slovakia.
