How much is the fee for registering a property in the land registry?

According to the schedule of administrative fees, which is an annex to the Act on Administrative Fees:

Municipalities and higher territorial units are exempt from the fee under this item if the application to initiate proceedings for the registration of property rights in the land registry is submitted in connection with the arrangement of their own rights to roads and to schools that have come under their authority pursuant to special regulations.

The Slovak Land Fund and the administrator of forest land owned by the state are also exempt from the fee under this item if the actions are related to land consolidation proceedings.

The National Motorway Company, a.s., and the Slovak Road Administration are exempt from the fee under this item if the actions are related to the property extension of structures.

The administrative authority shall collect a fee of 266 EUR under this item if the participant in the proceedings, upon submitting the application for registration in the land registry, requests an expedited decision within 15 days.

The administrative authority shall collect a fee of 133 EUR under this item if the participant in the proceedings submitted the application for registration electronically.

If the proceedings are suspended, the deadline ceases to run from the day the decision on suspension is issued. The surcharge for expedited processing is payable on the day the application for registration is submitted. If the proceedings are terminated or the application is rejected, the fee is not refunded. If the administrative authority does not decide on the registration of property rights in the land registry within the shortened time period, it shall refund the difference between the fee paid for the expedited decision and the standard fee under this item.

The administrative authority shall collect a fee reduced by 15 EUR under this item if the participant in the registration proceedings has submitted a notification pursuant to § 30(3) of the Cadastral Act, regardless of the number of legal acts listed in the notification.

If the subject of the application for registration in the land registry involves legal relationships arising from multiple types of legal acts, a separate fee shall be charged for each legal act.
