How to proceed with a change of building purpose?

The change in the use of a building is governed by Section 85 of Act No. 50/1976 Coll. on Territorial Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act), as amended. The provisions of Sections 76 to 84 of the Building Act apply accordingly to this procedure. A legal prerequisite for initiating the procedure is the submission of an application by the applicant.
