AKMV Temporary Employment Agency – Is it necessary to provide an extract from the criminal record?

I have submitted an application for a permit to operate a temporary employment agency. I have provided all the necessary information required to request an extract from the criminal record. The Central Office of Labour has asked me to submit the extract myself, saying it would be faster. On what basis are they requesting this, please?
ANSWER:
There is likely a technical issue in the Oversi portal system when verifying or extracting the criminal record (RT). The system is unable to process the request with the authentication clause in a way that the Central Office could use it for legal purposes. This technical matter must be resolved by the Central Office in cooperation with the Oversi portal. If you do not wish to wait for this issue to be resolved, we recommend submitting the criminal record extract of the person acting on behalf of the temporary employment agency.
