READ THE ARTICLEIt often happens that the Land Registry suspends proceedings and invites the parties to submit an addendum to the (purchase / donation / exchange or otherwise named) contract. In some cases, it also requires an addendum to the application for registration.
According to the law, “If the contract contains clerical, calculation, or other obvious errors after the application for registration has been filed, the parties to the proceedings may make corrections only by means of an addendum to the contract.” It is therefore no longer possible — as it was in the past — to appear in person at the Land Registry and add missing details or correct errors directly in the contract.
If you are interested in the preparation of addenda for the Land Registry, please send us the decision on the suspension of proceedings that you received to our email recepcia@akmv.sk, and we will promptly send you a price quote based on the scope of the required additions.
Our price quote can be processed faster if you send us the decision on the suspension of proceedings and also indicate the date on which the suspension was delivered to you.
