Deletion of business activities in Slovak Ltd.

The deletion of some activities from the commercial register in Slovakia requires communication with certain competent authorities. Our Law Firm will submit the application to the Trades Licensing Office. From this authority we will receive the confirmation that the activities has been erased and we can then delete the activities  from the Slovak Commercial Register also. Finally, these changes have to be reported to the Tax office.
