Sale of a business or part of it

The Sale of a business requires a number of actions from a tax and legal standpoint. This is also a process with which the law brings together a number of requirements and obligations that must be met when selling a business in Slovakia. The contract for the sale of the Slovak company must be in writing and the signature of the seller and the buyer must be certified.
