Documents for a foreigner’s temporary residence

The administrative authority cannot return documents that have already been submitted in the proceedings. In accordance with Section 23 of the Administrative Procedure Code, participants in the proceedings and their representatives have the right to inspect files, take extracts or transcripts from them, and obtain copies of the files. We recommend contacting the relevant Foreign Police department to personally request access to the file material based on a formal application; you may then make a photocopy of the document and return the original to the administrative authority.
