A public business partnership (v.o.s.) is a personal business entity that can be a favorable choice compared to an s.r.o. for smaller and more private businesses (such as family businesses or retail). It requires at least two partners, who are liable for the company’s debts with their entire assets. However, there is no need to pay a business license fee or provide any initial capital. Both individuals and legal entities can establish a v.o.s.
