A TEA (Temporary Employment Agency) is defined in Act No. 5/2004 Coll. on Employment Services in § 29.
The key difference compared to a personnel agency focused on job placement is that a TEA employs individuals under an employment contract. The permit to operate a TEA must be requested from the Central Office of Labor, Social Affairs, and Family. Numerous documents must be attached to the application. The Central Office of Labor, Social Affairs, and Family has a 30-day period to make a decision. The permit is then issued for an indefinite period.

Price list and fees
The central office of Labour, Family and Social affairs request a legal fee of 500 EUR for licence issue for natural person and 100 EUR for legal person.
It is necessary to remember, that for the licence issue for legal person, you need to have at least 30 000 EUR in your bank account, this number must be given by last years accounting period. Natural person must show financial statement of at least 15 000 EUR.
